CLIENT’S FEEDBACK / REFERENCES
For the coaching to be successful it is essential for us to be ‚a good match‘
We will be a good team, if…
You wish for a coach who knows working internationally, in Marketing, in corporate and family-owned business or living abroad as expatriate by own experience.
You wish for a sparring partner with strategic strength who can help structure, abstract and prioritize.
You appreciate candid, honest feedback whilst expecting tact in sensitive matters at the same time.
It is important for you that your coach is appreciative and attentive.
If you truly want to change.
What is systemic coaching?
Systemic Coaching is always a constructive, appreciative dialogue between client and coach at eye-level – some call it a co-creative process.
The systemic approach looks at clients holistically in the context of all their personal systems like for example family or work.
We use systemic methods to make these personal systems transparent.
This opens up new perspectives so that new paths become visible and new opportunities unfold.
In my role as coach I serve as companion and impetus. I support my clients to see more clearly and create individual, custom-tailored solutions that fit. Together, we discover the client’s personal resources, individual strengths and competencies. Strengthened this way, clients are motivated to actively start shaping change.
As part of feedback processes, I also serve as a ‘social mirror’.
In 2023 I completed my training as systemic coach – accredited by German Coaching Federation, DCV, and International Organization of Business Coaching, IOBC. Since then, I work as coach and I am part of a network of professionals in the Rhine-Main area to continuously deepen my competencies through professional exchange.
Pre-requisite for an impactful coaching is the client’s openness and willingness to change.
