During an initial consultation – by phone, free of charge, non-binding – we will see if coaching can be helpful for you and if we can envision working together in a trustful manner. 

Our first online coaching session will be dedicated to your topic to define in a first step, how exactly coaching can be of help. Typically, an effective coaching takes about one to five sessions. I offer online coaching exclusively. 

Coaching is not a long-term process. A good coach makes themselves dispensable.

Hourly rate is at 180 EUR for each 60 minutes started. Typically, a coaching session takes about 90 to 120 minutes. You will receive a documentation of the session afterwards. 

I assure you my complete confidentiality regarding the content of the session. 

Cancellation or postponements of agreed coaching sessions are possible until two days prior to the meeting. In case of shorter notice of cancellation, postponements or nonappearance the session will be full of charge. Invoices are issued after each session.
